TungstenInteractive is a game development team based in the United Kingdom. The Game is operated by two developers who share responsibility for how your personal information is handled.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Clunko, we and the services we use may process the following information:

• Account Information: Your Meta Horizon username, user ID and account verification information used to identify you and connect you to multiplayer sessions.
• Multiplayer Information: Player identifiers, connection details, gameplay activity and information needed for multiplayer communication.
• Voice Chat: Microphone audio transmitted to players during voice chat. We do not maintain recordings of voice conversations.
• Security Information: Device verification information used to help prevent cheating, unauthorised modifications and misuse.
• Technical Information: Device information, diagnostic reports and technical data processed by services such as Unity, Epic Online Services and LIV.
• Contact Information: Your email address and any information you provide when contacting us.
• Player Reports: Information submitted through Meta's User Reporting Service, which may include player identifiers, report reasons, descriptions and other details provided in a report.

Clunko also supports gameplay recording and streaming through LIV. Recordings may include player usernames, gameplay and voice communications. Other players may independently stream their sessions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Provide multiplayer gameplay and online features.
• Identify players and establish connections.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the Game.
• Prevent cheating, abuse and unauthorised activity.
• Investigate player reports and enforce our community rules.
• Diagnose technical problems.

Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract to provide the Game, legitimate interests to protect and maintain our services, and legal obligations where required. We seek consent where the law requires it.

We do not sell your information or use Meta Horizon user data for personalised advertising.

4. Sharing Your Information

We use third-party services to operate and support Clunko. These include:

• Meta: Account identification, platform services, device verification and user reporting. Privacy Policy
• Epic Online Services: Player authentication, multiplayer sessions and network connectivity. Privacy Policy
• LIV: Gameplay recording, streaming and related functionality. Privacy Policy
• Unity: Game engine diagnostics and technical information. Privacy Policy

During multiplayer sessions, your username, player identifiers, gameplay activity and voice communications may be shared with connected players and the session host.

We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect our rights and services.

5. Player Reporting and Moderation

Clunko uses Meta's User Reporting Service to allow players to report behaviour, harassment, cheating or other violations of community guidelines.

Players can submit reports through the Meta Quest system menu by selecting Report Abuse while playing Clunko.

Reports are delivered to TungstenInteractive through Meta's reporting service. We may review submitted information to investigate incidents, enforce our community rules and take action where necessary.

Report information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle moderation matters, related disputes or applicable legal obligations.

6. Data Storage and Security

We keep information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or meet applicable legal requirements.

Live gameplay and voice information is processed during multiplayer sessions rather than kept as a permanent archive by us. Some temporary session information may be stored on players' devices.

Recordings and screenshots remain on the device or service where they are saved until deleted by the person controlling them.

Support correspondence and moderation reports are retained as reasonably necessary for their respective purposes. Third-party providers may retain information according to their policies.

We take measures to protect information under our control and restrict access to authorised developers. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

Some of our service providers operate internationally and may process information outside the United Kingdom. You can contact us for information about applicable international data transfers and safeguards.

7. Children's Privacy

Clunko is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed towards children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child below this age has provided information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We aim to protect players' information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

We will delete personal information under our control in accordance with applicable law. Certain information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted reasons. Information independently held by third-party services may be subject to their deletion procedures.

We generally respond to requests covered by UK GDPR within one calendar month, subject to permitted extensions.
